Wanted to rent a building. I filled out the forms, even did the on-line chat (none of my questions were answered). I then called the local phone number and got someone in the Philipines. I couldn't understand them so I said goodbye. I will not be renting from this storage facility. Before the new ownership we used them all the time. Someone needs to be onsite.

Copper bought the facility my unit is in. Since they have purchased it i have had numerous billing issues with them. Their idea of the bill comes out on the 1st is more like 'somewhere around the 1st. No problem if it's after. My Pension check has hit. Before the 1st and it's a problem. Not having an office in town gives you know one to discuss the issue with and their customer service is lackluster to say the least. Ive had this unit for 20 years and had no problems until they purchased the facility. I will be moving.

I am so upset with these people.. ,,... I've had a storage unit here for 5 years,. When Mr Jerry ran it, I never had any problems.. , and he never charged me for paying over the phone.. . And the air condition was always on , when I'd come by to get something from the storage unit . .... But, since these people took over the PANTHER STORAGE, and changed the name,. . They charged me 10$, for making a payment over the phone. . . And when I went to take everything out of this storage unit , the AIR was off!...I paid big money for climate control., and to go in and find out that the AIR has not been on, for, I don't know how long, probably since they took over a few months ago.. All of my things smelled musty , and were molded. . .I was extremely upset. When it was ran as PANTHER storage, for five years, I NEVER had any issues!!!.. I am so upset, but I am glad that I got my stuff out., these people are awful. Since I posted this review,..I received a call from a very nice lady, named Toni..... She is going to credit my card for the 10$ charge for paying over the phone..... She was very nice, and wanting to make it right..
