What are the access hours?

Am I required to store long-term?

We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, so you can store with us for as short or as long as you need.

What does being a Smart facility mean?

You can do everything from your phone. You can rent your unit, sign your lease, pay your rent, and access your unit all from the palm of your hand.

Can I access my unit without my phone?

No. We have an access app for both the gate and your unit that is required for unit access.

How do I pay my storage bill?

You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card, or using an Electronic Funds Transfer.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required.

What items am I not allowed to store?

You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, or combustible items or liquids.

What does drive-up access mean?

Drive-up access means you can park your vehicle directly in front of your storage unit for easy loading and unloading.

What does remotely managed mean?

Remotely managed means there will not always be someone on site. We are still just a phone call or email away to answer any questions, and we maintain regular office hours for returning communications.

Am I required to have insurance for my unit?

Yes, you are required to have some kind of insurance and provide us with proof. We offer insurance options when you rent, or you may have coverage through a homeowners policy or auto policy.
